4. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be modified or canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled or changed once preparation has begun.
To request a modification, please contact us as soon as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic conditions, weather, recipient availability, or other factors beyond our control.
Blooming Mirage is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Photo evidence may be required to review and process any claim.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and designs, is the exclusive property of Blooming Mirage and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
