Unlike many large retailers, we don’t keep bouquets sitting in storage. Every arrangement is designed from scratch and created specifically for you after your order is placed. We then carefully select fresh flowers, handcraft your bouquet, and prepare it for pickup or delivery.
Unlike products sitting on a warehouse shelf, fresh flowers cannot simply be returned or stored for weeks. Once we begin creating your custom bouquet, we’ve already invested in fresh flowers, premium supplies, and several hours of skilled work.
For this reason, we require prepayment before we begin your order.
